Was out of town on business, car overheated needed a new water pump I was giving an estimate that was really high after they were finished, The manager reduce the amount owed and gave a rental while we waited great.customer service..

I have a 2011 Silverado 2500 HD. I am a small business owner and depend heavily on my truck as it is the only vehicle we have for pickup and deliveries. Prior to bringing it to Overeck's Auto Service it had been worked on by 3 different garages. One was a Chevrolet dealership they had attempted to fix the problem three different times. I even had a second Chevrolet dealership refuse to even look at it knowing its history. I am happy to say my truck is fixed and had no further issues. David, Andy and Matt have been a pleasure to work with and I will take my vehicle nowhere else in the future.

This place did a great job on my boyfriend's 2001 Lincoln, after having issues pinpointing what was wrong through many read outs, they fixed the problem sooner than expected and fixed everything they said they would with no problems to follow, you get what you pay for, well worth it!

I was in a bind as my vehicle broke down unexpectantly; on calling Ron's they were more than accomadating to working my vehcile in that day. They were completely understanding, friendly, and proffessional. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs vehicle repair and will be taking my vehicle back to them when I'm in future mechanical needs. Every person I encountered there was compassionate to my situation friendly and I found trustworthy

Had a great experience with Overbeck Auto. Brought my classic car in after being unable to resolve some stalling and low idling issues on my own. Overbeck was able to resolve this in about a week's time. Unfortunately, while my car was at their shop, a small chip in the paint was taken out. Accidents happen, but Matt worked to have someone fix this at no additional cost. Quality work and upstanding business practices.

I started my own expediting business almost one year ago, and wanted a local shop to handle all my repairs. I stumbled across Ray and Ron's,and I couldn't be happier. They have always been there for me on short notice, and have made every repair in a timely manner. Another shop told me I needed $4000 for a new battery and catalytic converter for my 2000 Honda Insight. After resetting the idiot lights, Matt told me nothing was wrong with the car and I've driven it for almost a year now and the battery and converter are still fine. I'll never go any where else!

From the initial contact, I felt very comfortable working with your company. Everything was explained clearly, work was done as promised, the shop was clean and the people were friendly. Note that I drove down from Columbus to have the hybrid battery on my Prius replaced here with one from Dorman - saved several hundred dollars over the local dealer's quote and got triple the warranty. I only wish this shop were closer to where I live - you'd have all my business!

They take the time to answer all of our questions and generally go beyond what is expected. This is what all auto repair shops should be like.

I trust these mechanics explicitly - they are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy and do a great job with my Honda Civic! Plus the facilities are very clean and the staff very friendly. They take the time to explain what they are doing in language I can understand, and always discuss the estimate in detail.

Absolutely the best, most honest, friendliest organization I have ever dealt with. In a world of shady, out to get you service departments ( believe me I have had my share of experiences with many of them) Overbeck's is the exact opposite. Complete explanations and honest evaluation of problems are what you will get here. I know enough to know when I am being played. This is a first class organization and now consider them my trusted mechanic.
