DONNA MCCULLEY

Donna joined the Overbeck Auto Services team from the Norwood branch of US Bank 11 years ago. As a Customer Service Specialist, she is part of the expert customer care team and always greets our customers, suppliers, visitors, mail carriers etc.. with her friendly smile. You might talk with Donna when you call to schedule an appointment or simply call for a status update on your vehicle. Donna is an integral part of the Overbeck Auto Services experience.

ANN OVERBECK

A lot of people say they could never work with their spouse and I have to say that I could never work without my spouse. She has been with me from the beginning and I mean the very beginning before I ever set up shop. Ann is the Office Manager at Overbeck Auto Services and with 40 plus years of business management experience, she has helped take my dream from a concept to reality over the past 32 years. She is the shop mom handling everything from payroll, to benefits, to part inquiries and customer service. She works closely with Donna on the customer care team. At some point you will likely speak with Ann throughout your Overbeck Auto Services experience. She has tremendous automotive knowledge and experience and more importantly she knows everything about what’s going on in and around the shop. Over the years Ann has earned her status as an ASE certified Automotive Service Consultant.

GREGG WATKINS

With more than 25 years of experience under his belt, Gregg has been a key member of our technical team for 2 years. Some of you may recognize Gregg from his tenure at the Indian Hill Marathon. We are lucky to have Gregg with us. He is very bright and technically proficient. He has obtained his ASE Certified Master Technician status and is poised to diagnose and repair your vehicle. Over the years Gregg has developed a keen ability to diagnose those hard to fix issues on all the popular makes, both foreign and domestic automobiles. He’s a hard worker who never backs down from a challenge and we are lucky to have someone with his experience and drive, no pun intended, on our team.

MATT OVERBECK

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. My son Matt inherited technical expertise via the gene pool. With more than 15 years of vehicle repair experience, he grew up in the business working around the shop before he could even drive. His educational background as a Mechanical Engineer has proven useful at Overbeck Auto Services. He is the General Manager and has his hands in virtually all facets of the business. He often speaks with customers reviewing estimates and diagnostic findings and you’ll even find him in the back turning wrenches. Matt is known for his fabrication, welding and restoration skills. He is an ASE Certified Automotive Tech, and ASE Certified Collision Repair and Refinish Tech and an ASE Certified Damage, Analysis and Estimating Tech. Matt keeps the Overbeck Auto Services engine well oiled and tuned.

DAVID BLATHERS

A fixture at Overbeck Auto Services, David has been with me for 24 years and has more than 30 years in the industry. As our Service Manager, David ensures that our team of technicians is on top of your vehicle’s diagnosis and repair. He reports the findings directly to you so you understand the why's and how's of the work your vehicle needs. He has a knack for diagnosing and troubleshooting hard to fix vehicles. He has a great ear and strong driving sensitivity so when we can’t figure out the problem quickly; David will get his stethoscope and use his sixth sense to get to the bottom of the problem. Over the years David has earned his status as an ASE Certified Master Technician and an ASE L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist. There isn’t a problem he hasn’t been able to solve and you can find the way to his heart with a donut or two.

BJ

BJ is our beloved pure bred black Labrador Retriever. Her title of Greeter really doesn’t do her justice. She is usually the first point of contact a customer, delivery person, supplier, or adjuster sees when they open the door; that is unless she is in her crate chewing on a rawhide or a snack. She’s a super friendly dog who loves to be around people. She has been our greeter for the past 5 years and throughout that time she has been trained as a therapeutic partner and often visits hospitals, nursing homes and hospices bringing cheer to anyone who needs it.

STEVE OVERBECK

You may know me as the Big O, or Steve O, or the host of the fastest 4 hours in radio, AutoLine on WDJO. When you boil it down, I’m Your Automotive Expert and I have been here since 1976 helping people solve their vehicular challenges all over the Greater Cincinnati Area. I lead a team of the most talented and customer-centric auto repair specialists in the region. I am very fortunate to continue my success in an industry that has seen many changes my 30 plus years. One thing that hasn’t changed is our ability to listen to you, our customer. I have always focused on being the best automotive repair shop but I have never lost focus of the customer.
